Celebrating 70 years of South Florida History
On Saturday, January 26th, 2008 some good friends, old and new, showed up to bid “Farewell to the Orange Bowl Stadium”. Pro Football Hall of Fame members Dan Marino and Jim Kelly squared off in a fun filled flag football game, along with Miami Hurricanes and Cleveland Browns legend Bernie Kosar, and many more Miami Dolphins and UM greats, including current Dolphins superstar Jason Taylor.
These stellar alums were led by the greatest of coaching legends – the Hurricanes’ Howard Schnellenberger and the Dolphins’ Don Shula. It was a great time, thanks to everyone who attended and made this great day happen.
